Lunch: Potato salad and fried tempah.

Shirt: Trader Joe's!

Last of the leftover potato salad. I also fried some tempah in a little olive oil, added some nutritional yeast and some liquid amino. The result: The oil made the nooch a consistency of breadcrumbs and the amino flavored it. Nice surprise, I LOVE cooking! I have to dig out my grill and try doing this outside.

I also love Hawaiian shirts, especially if it has a palm tree on it. This is an old Trader Joe's uniform shirt I think. I should go to the store and see if I can wait on anyone. Ha!
